Shatir Part 1 features Bharti Jha in the lead role. The plot of the story tells the tale of a young couple who seem to have gotten married recently, but are much older in reality. The trailer starts with the leading lady coming out of the shower while her husband makes an entry and tells her that she is turning more beautiful as they come to a new city. However, the wife complains about being her in a new city where she has no one to interact with while he leaves for his work.

The trailer continues as they meet their middle-aged neighbour, who tries to impress his wife so that he can exploit her physically someday. However, he doesn't succeed in his attempts.
