In his latest vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim revealed that Dipika had been feeling mild stomach discomfort for two days before the pain intensified. Doctors immediately conducted a CT scan, which confirmed the presence of the cyst. Though relatively small at 1.3 cm, the timing raised concerns given her medical history.

Dipika also shared that she experienced left shoulder pain, which initially caused panic. However, doctors clarified that the shoulder discomfort was unrelated to the cyst.
