The grand opening ceremony of Idupu Kayitham marked a special beginning with the launch of its Title and First Look by acclaimed filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. Featuring Priyadarshi Pulikonda and Nagadurga Gutha in the lead roles, the film is produced by Sukumar Writings and Bunny Vas Works, and directed by Vamsi Reddy Dondapati.
