Muttiah Muralitharan, the iconic off-spinner, holds the unique record of being the sole bowler in International Test cricket to have achieved 800 wickets. Fans have long been anticipating an authentic biographical film about his life. Movie Train Motion Pictures is now producing an ambitious sports-themed movie titled '800,' and the trailer for the film was unveiled in Mumbai today.

The film’s trailer event was held on a grand scale in Mumbai on September 5th. Sachin Tendulkar, the God of Cricket, graced the event as the chief guest.

Madhur Mittal of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ fame is essaying the role of Muralidharan in the film.

Sachin played numerous iconic matches representing India, while Muralidharan did the same for Sri Lanka. Despite their intense on-field rivalry, these two legends have consistently maintained a strong and friendly relationship off the pitch.
