Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama (1992): "The Legend of Prince Rama," released in 1992, is an anime film that resulted from a collaboration between Japan and India. It was produced and directed by Yugo Sako. While working on the documentary film "The Ramayana Relics" in 1983, which focused on excavations near Allahabad by Dr. B. B. Lal, Yugo Sako discovered the captivating story of Ramayana. Intrigued by the tale, he delved deeper into the subject and extensively studied 10 different versions of the Ramayana in Japanese. Impressed by the narrative, Sako decided to adapt it into animation, as he believed that capturing the true essence of Ramayana would be better achieved through animation rather than live-action. 

Ramayana: The Epic (2010): "The Epic" is a 2010 Indian animated film produced by Maya Digital Media. Directed by Chetan Desai and produced by Ketan Mehta, the film was distributed by Warner Bros. India. With a production span of five years, the movie involved a team of over 400 crew members. The initial three years were dedicated to character design, while the remaining two years were focused on the actual production process.

Hanuman vs Mahifravana (2018): "Hanuman vs Mahiravana" is a 2018 Indian animated film that combines epic adventure with 2D and 3D stereoscopic animation. The film, written by Narayanan Vaidyanathan and directed by Dr. Ezhil Vendan, tells the captivating story of Hanuman and his courageous efforts to rescue Rama and Lakshmana from the clutches of the wicked wizard Mahiravana. The narrative focuses on Hanuman's thrilling encounter with Mahiravana, Ravana's youngest step-brother and the ruler of Patala, presenting a significant battle in Hanuman's journey. 

Sita Sings the Blues (2008): Sita Sings the Blues" is a unique animated film that was released in 2008. It was written, directed, produced, and animated by American artist Nina Paley. The story revolves around Sita, a goddess who is separated from her beloved Lord and husband, Rama. Meanwhile, Nina, an animator, experiences personal turmoil when her husband relocates to India and breaks up with her through email. Sons of Ram (2012): "Sons of Ram" is an Indian animated film released in 2012. The film was created by ACK Animation Studios in collaboration with Maya Digital Studios and Cartoon Network India. Notably, it marked Amar Chitra Katha's first venture into the world of animated feature films in stereoscopic 3D.

Lava Kusa: The Warrior Twins (2010): In 2010, Dhavala Satyam wrote and directed the animated film "The Warrior Twins," also known as "Lava Kusa: The Warrior Twins." The production involved the collaboration of around 315 animators from RVML Animation Studios located in Hyderabad and Manila. The highly esteemed Veturi Garu, a renowned lyricist, contributed his talents by writing five songs for this film.
