Dangal: The 2016 biographical sports drama directed by Nitish Kumar and featuring Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Saniya Malhotra in the lead roles had grossed Rs 2024 Crore at the worldwide box office.
Baahubali: The Conclusion: The SS Rajamouli directorial made headlines for its never-seen-before grandeur. Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia, the film is in the second spot with a gross collection of Rs 1810 Crore.
RRR: The very recently released film RRR has become the third highest-grossing film and the third Indian film to surpass Rs 1000 Crore at the global box office. Rajamouli has director the Ram Charan-Jr NTR-starrer.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan: Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor's film stands at number four spot. Though it didn't make it to the list of films that crossed Rs 1000 Crore, it surely was a potential front runner. The comedy-drama is directed by Kabir Khan and had grossed Rs 969.06 Crore.
Secret Superstar: Yet another Aamir Khan-starrer, the musical drama grossed Rs 966.86 Crore at the global box office. Directed by Advait Chandan, the film also featured Zaira Wasim and Meher Vij in key roles.
