corruption

release

film

he

required
to
pay

sum
of

6.5
lakh
to
an
official
associated
with
the
censor
board.

explained
that
the
high
stakes
involved
in
releasing
the
film
left
him
with
no
choice
but
to
proceed
with
the
payment.
Furthermore,
he
provided
specific
information
regarding
the
financial
transaction.
He
wrote,

Especially
in

offices.
And
even
worse
happening
