After several delays, the film is now scheduled for a Pongal 2024 release. To keep fans engaged, the makers have consistently provided updates on 'Ayalaan.' One such update is the upcoming release of the film's teaser on October 6.

The 'Ayalaan' teaser will run for 2 minutes and 8 seconds, and it will be simultaneously released in both Tamil and Telugu. Scheduled for a 7:08 p.m. release, the makers have planned a grand teaser launch event at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai.

A significant development is that 'Ayalaan' will be featured alongside Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo.' The teaser of 'Ayalaan' will be screened during the interval of 'Leo' to showcase the film's scale and impressive VFX work on the big screen.

The post-production work for 'Ayalaan' is progressing rapidly, leading to the decision to postpone the film's release to Pongal. This science fiction drama reportedly includes over 1000 VFX frames, with a central comic alien character.
