Jigarthanda Double X Synopsis: Set in 1975 in Tamil Nadu, the story unfolds as a filmmaker and a feared gangster join forces to create a Western film.
The production commenced its shoot in Madurai on December 12, 2022. Principal photography kicked off with the first schedule at Thandikudi and wrapped up within 14 days at the same location. The film is scheduled for release on November 10, 2023, alongside dubbed versions in Telugu and Hindi. Netflix secured the streaming rights, while Sun TV acquired the broadcast rights.
