The police start an investigation led by Sakthi. Family dynamics and secrets, including Jothi's adoption and her sister Nisha's envy, complicate the search. Clues emerge involving past arguments and suspicious characters like Ranga, a former driver.

As the investigation deepens, hospital connections and a mysterious break-in add layers to the case. Revelations surface through lab results, linking a female suspect to peculiar blood findings. Suspicions turn towards Janaki due to her history with Ashwin, revealing a tangled web of relationships and past events.

The police identify Shanti, a hospital employee, as the criminal, but her confession raises more questions. Sakthi confronts Jothi and others, leading to shocking revelations about Ashwin's illicit activities involving newborns, ultimately pushing Jothi to take unexpected action against him.
