In the meantime, the highly anticipated Leo trailer, featuring Vijay, was unveiled on October 5. As predicted, the trailer ignited immense excitement among fans, both on the internet and in theaters. Theaters that showcased the trailer to enthusiastic audiences experienced notable property damage, illustrating the immense hype surrounding this upcoming Vijay-starrer among cinephiles.

Although director Lokesh Kanagaraj has skillfully crafted an exhilarating trailer, he deliberately avoided dropping any clues that would link Leo to his previous blockbusters, Vikram and Kaithi. The trailer left the question of whether Leo belongs to Lokesh's Cinematic Universe (known as LUC) unanswered. However, it appears that the response fans sought in the trailer may have surfaced in a new synopsis for Leo on a ticketing platform.

A screenshot captured from the TICKETNEW platform's Leo page unveiled the connection to Lokesh's Cinematic Universe (LCU). According to the provided synopsis, it states, "Given the fact that this movie is a part of Lokesh's LCU, Kamal Haasan, Karthi, Arjun Das and Suriya will all appear in a few scenes.

The synopsis featured on TGV Cinemas, a cinema chain based in Malaysia, also asserts that Leo's cast includes significant characters from Lokesh's Cinematic Universe (LCU), such as Fahadh Faasil.

Nonetheless, the filmmakers are maintaining a tight grip on all the details. Lalit Kumar, the producer from Seven Screen Studio, has clearly stated that they have no intention of unveiling the surprise. In a recent conversation on X, formerly known as Twitter, Lalit remarked, "You'll have to watch the movie to discover it. We won't disclose anything before the release."
