According to the latest data from film industry tracker Manobala Vijayabalan, he compared the Tamil Nadu box office numbers for the films "Jailer," which was released earlier on August 10, and "Leo," which is currently in theaters. 'Jailer' has demonstrated significant box office success in Tamil Nadu, raking in a total revenue of ₹201.85 crore over a two-week period.

The film had a strong opening, with day one earnings of ₹29.46 crore and a remarkable day four collection of ₹31.04 crore. In contrast, 'Leo' garnered ₹108.23 crore in the same time frame, falling short of 'Jailer.' While 'Leo' also had a promising start with ₹27.63 crore on the first day, its box office performance gradually declined. Despite both films making an impact on the Tamil cinema landscape, 'Jailer' emerges as the leader in terms of box office earnings, according to Manobala Vijayabalan's report.

In the meantime, the team behind "Leo" hosted an exclusive celebration on November 1st at the iconic Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. The event featured the complete cast and crew, and notable personalities like Thalapathy Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj, and Trisha Krishnan were in attendance, adding to the grandeur of the occasion. Vijay also addressed his jubilant fans, who were in high spirits due to the success of 'Leo'.
