Mansoor Ali Khan Plans Defamation Cases Against Trisha: In recent days, senior Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan has been in the spotlight for controversial reasons. He's faced severe criticism and backlash due to his sexist and disrespectful remarks directed at his Leo co-star, Trisha Krishnan.
A few days after that, the Tamil Nadu Police took action against Mansoor, prompted by the National Council for Women's (NCW) intervention. Following this, the senior actor publicly apologised to Trisha. Surprisingly, Trisha swiftly chose to "forgive" Mansoor, catching many by surprise.
In an unexpected turn, Mansoor declared his intent to file defamation suits against Trisha, Konidela Chiranjeevi, and senior actor-politician Khushbu Sundar over the matter. He stated his intention to press charges against these three actors for alleged defamation and creating a public disturbance for over a week.
Mansoor reaffirmed his stance, claiming that the circulated video was manipulated. He intends to present the authentic footage and additional evidence to support his innocence during the lawsuit. Previously, Chiranjeevi, Khushboo, and several other industry figures and fans nationwide had condemned Mansoor Ali Khan's actions and stood in solidarity with Trisha throughout the incident.
Mansoor Ali Khan's Disrespectful And Misogynistic Comment
A few days ago, a controversial video capturing actor Mansoor Ali Khan's repugnant remarks about actress Trisha at a press conference set social media ablaze, drawing vehement condemnation from the actress herself.
Trisha, known for her role in 'Leo,' slammed her co-star, stating, "A recent video has come to my notice where Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan has spoken about me in a vile and disgusting manner.I strongly condemn this and find it sexist,disrespectful,misogynistic,repulsive and in bad taste. He can keep wishing but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well. People like him bring a bad name to mankind."
Mansoor Ali Khan reportedly said during a press conference, "When I heard that I was acting with Trisha,I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought that I could carry her to bed just like I did with other actresses in my earlier movies. I have done so many rape scenes in a number of movies, and it's not new to me. But these guys didn't even show Trisha to me on the sets during the Kashmir schedule."
