Deepak's Response To Sivakarthikeyan-Imman Controversy: A recent controversy within the Tamil film industry has thrust the spotlight onto the scene, with music director D. Imman's accusations against actor Sivakarthikeyan gaining widespread attention on social media and beyond.
The issue started when D. Imman openly discussed the divide between him and Sivakarthikeyan in a recent interview. Imman made it clear that he had no intentions of collaborating with the actor again, alluding to a betrayal that had deeply affected him. Despite their prior successful collaborations as a celebrated composer and actor duo, their partnership had come to an abrupt halt for several years.
Imman's accusations against Sivakarthikeyan left the industry and fans puzzled, with the composer not disclosing the specifics of the betrayal but emphasising that trust had been broken. He stated, "It's tough to collaborate with him in this lifetime."
While pressing for details, Imman added, "This is how individuals betray others. I initially remained unaware of the situation and only grasped the extent of his actions later. Unfortunately, by the time I comprehended the situation, it was already too late. This is why I won't consider collaborating with him in the future. I did address the matter from my side, but I am unable to disclose the specifics of our conversation. My decision to remain discreet is solely for the well-being of my children."
Meanwhile, Deepak Dinkar, the lead actor of the Star Vijay TV serial "Thamizhum Saraswathiyum," has responded in an interview to D. Imman's accusations against Sivakarthikeyan.
Responding to a question, he stated, "If you don't know about someone, you shouldn't talk... keep your mouth shut." Notably, he had an acquaintance with Sivakarthikeyan during the actor's tenure at Vijay TV.
Monica's Support For Sivakarthikeyan Amid Controversy
Earlier, Imman's ex-wife, Monica Richard, intervened in the controversy, expressing her support for Sivakarthikeyan in an interview with Cinema Vikatan. She highlighted Sivakarthikeyan's character and his previous involvement with their family, even during difficult times. Monica explained that Sivakarthikeyan had tried to mediate during their potential divorce, showing concern for keeping families together.
Monica revealed that Sivakarthikeyan didn't support Imman's decision to divorce her, and this may be the root of Imman's recent accusations. She underlined the importance of friends supporting one another's families and suggested that Imman might be seeking publicity due to a lack of film opportunities.
The allegations, according to Monica, seemed to stem from Imman's unhappiness and desire to revive his career. She noted that Sivakarthikeyan, who genuinely wanted to help, had now become an unwitting victim of the situation. Amidst this controversy, Monica emphasised that her priority was her daughters' future and her work, and she had no time for the distractions Imman's allegations might create.
