Vanitha recounted the distressing incident, stating she was assaulted late at night while returning to her car parked at her sister Soumya's residence. The assailant questioned her support for Pradeep Antony's red card eviction and abruptly attacked her, leaving her face bleeding and swollen. Despite seeking first aid, she chose not to involve the authorities, expressing shock and confusion over the identity of her attacker.
