Blink (Tamil) OTT Release: "Blink" is a Kannada sci-fi film directed by first-time filmmaker Srinidhi Bengaluru and produced by Ravichandra AJ.

"Blink" was released on Mahashivaratri, Friday, March 8, alongside two major Kannada films: "Karataka Damanaka," starring Shivarajkumar and Prabhu Deva, and "Ranganayaka," featuring Jaggesh and directed by Guruprasad.

Despite facing stiff competition, "Blink," with its time-travel narrative and starring Dheekshith Shetty, Chaitra J. Achar, and Gopalkrishna Deshpande, unexpectedly emerged as the surprise hit at the Kannada box office.

Blink Synopsis

In Bengaluru, 24-year-old Apoorva hides the truth about his failed MA from his mother while juggling several part-time jobs. He finds solace in his relationship with Swapna. However, his unique power to control blinking becomes a burden when a mysterious old man reveals that Apoorva's father is still alive.

"Blink" begins with homages to various influential works, including the American films Predestination and Primer, the classic play Oedipus Rex, and the Kannada masterpiece Ranganayaki.

"Blink" is now available for digital streaming on the OTT platform Amazon Prime. The Tamil version of this Kannada film has also started streaming on Aha Tamil. Fans who have been eagerly awaiting the Tamil version can now enjoy the movie from the comfort of their own homes.

Blink Cast And Crew

The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, with each actor contributing their unique flair to the project. Dheekshith Shetty takes on the role of Apoorva, while Chaithra Achar plays Devaki. Mandara Battalahalli Kavital portrays Swapna, and Gopal Deshpande embodies Gopal Krishna Aras. Vajradheer Jain plays Arivu, with Kiran Naik as Kallayya. Completing the cast is Suresh Anagalli in the role of Muduka.
