Indian 2 Premise

Chitra Aravindhan and his friends run a popular YouTube channel called "Barking Dogs," known for its political satire. They uncover corruption linked to a young student's death and stage a protest, leading to their arrest. Chitra's girlfriend, Disha, quickly secures their release on bail. Recognising the need for broader support, they launch the "Come Back Indian" campaign, calling for Senapathy, also known as "Indian Thatha," to fight corruption. Senapathy, who is based in Taipei, returns to India and begins targeting corrupt officials, inspiring Chitra and his friends to expose corruption within their own families. As they dig deeper, tensions escalate, culminating in intense confrontations and campaigns both supporting and opposing Senapathy's methods.

The cast of "Indian 2" features Kamal Haasan as Veerasekaran Senapathy (Indian), Siddharth as Chitra Aravindhan, Rakul Preet Singh as Disha, S. J.
