The cast of "Lubber Pandhu" features a talented ensemble led by Harish Kalyan as Anbu and Attakathi Dinesh as Poomalai, also known as Gethu. Other notable performances include Swasika as Yasodhai, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy as Durga, and Kaali Venkat as Karuppaiya. Bala Saravanan plays Anbu's friend Kathadi, while Devadarshini portrays Anbu's mother. Geetha Kailasam appears as Poomalai's mother, and Jenson Dhivakar plays Kozhandhai, Poomalai's friend.
