"Lubber Pandhu" features a talented ensemble cast, with Harish Kalyan playing Anbu and Attakathi Dinesh as Poomalai, also known as Gethu. The film showcases strong performances from Swasika as Yasodhai, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy as Durga, and Kaali Venkat as Karuppaiya. Bala Saravanan portrays Anbu's friend, Kathadi, while Devadarshini plays Anbu's mother.
