Raayan Premise

Raayan, an ordinary young man, sets out on a mission to avenge his family's death, plunging into the perilous world of an organised crime syndicate in pursuit of the murderers.

"Raayan" is Dhanush's second directorial effort, following his 2017 film "Pa Paandi." In February, Dhanush's brother Selvaraghavan clarified that while he did not write "Raayan," he plays a pivotal role in the film. The project boasts a stellar cast, including Dhanush, S. J. Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, and Selvaraghavan. Additionally, acclaimed actors Prakash Raj, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Saravanan enrich the ensemble.
