Thangalaan Trailer: Thangalaan, the much-anticipated Tamil historical action drama directed by Pa. Ranjith and produced by Studio Green, Neelam Productions, and Jio Studios, has unveiled its thrilling trailer today.

Set against the backdrop of British colonial India, the film stars Vikram in the titular role of Thangalaan, a tribal leader who courageously fights against British forces aiming to exploit his land for gold mining.

Announced officially in December 2021 as Vikram's 61st lead-role film, Thangalaan's title was confirmed in October 2022, marking a significant milestone in the actor's illustrious career. Principal photography commenced shortly after the title announcement, spanning multiple shooting schedules across diverse locations such as Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Madurai, and Karnataka. The filming process concluded in early July 2023.
