Jana Nayagan Shooting Update: Thalapathy Vijay's last and final movie titled 'Jana Nayagan', being helmed by H Vinoth, is nearing its production, reportedly. Vijay will be seen in this political action film which is likely a remake of Nandamuri Balakrishna's sensational hit, Bhagavanth Kesari, written and directed by Anil Ravipudi. The movie stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead along with Mamitha Baiju. After Anil Ravipudi refused to direct the remake in Tamil, the opportunity went to H Vinoth. The movie was at first planned for a grand theatrical release in October this year, but was postponed again.

Vijay To Complete Filming For Jana Nayagan

Going by the latest update, the movie's shooting will likely be concluded by the last week of March or first week of April. H Vinoth and team are working at full speed to complete the filming due to the actor's political commitments. The actor-politician is expected to start his campaigning for his party Tamilaga Vettri Kagazham (TVK) across Tamil Nadu. The actor collaborated with political analyst Prashanth Kishore for his party's course of action ahead of the elections.

Jana Nayagan Teaser Release Buzz

The makers of this political action drama are keen on bringing the teaser of the movie on June 22, to coincide with the birthday of Thalapathy Vijay. There is no official confirmation about it, however.

Bankrolled by KVN Productions on a budget of about Rs 300 Crore, Jana Nayagan movie's entire music and score are composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Sathyan Sooryan is cranking the camera and Pradeep E. Raagav is working as the editor.
