Nedunchalai is an tamil action - romantic movie direction by "Sillinu Oru Kadhal" fame Krishna. The movie starring with Aari and Swetha Nair in lead roles. Music by Sathya C. Story   The story is set in the late 1980s around people living by the highway. It is about their life and foot-to-mouth existence. As we often go past highways, we don't take notice of the innumerable stories that break around us.  Director Krishna has portrayed  the life of a highway robber or pirate Tharpai Murugan ( Aari) which includes his early life, clash with a cold-blooded police officer Masanam (Prasanth Narayanan) and also how his life transforms after  love blossoms with a Dhabba girl Manga (Shivada Nair). On the fast lane, we often miss out on many thrilling experiences, romances and a roller coaster of sentiments. This movie gives you a first-hand experience of those innumerable lives.
