Producer of Ean Indha Mounam, Dega Deva Kumar Reddy clarifies that this movie's story is based on the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamoorthy and does not revolve around anybody's personal life. Producer said, "The crux of the story is 'Where there is self, there is no love. Where there is love, there is no self.' And the hero of the movie represents the today's youth." The producer doesn't believe in controversial publicity and he believes the film should run on its own merits.
