<i>Pokkiri</i> shooting in Australia

Vijay and Asin left for Australia last night for the shooting of Pokkiri. Pokkiri is the remake of a Telugu movie in which Mahesh Babu and Ileana played the lead roles.

In the Tamil remake, their characters are being played by Vijay and Asin. Prabhu Deva is directing this film.

Two dance sequences are scheduled to be shot in Australia. Asin, Vijay, choreographer Raju Sundaram, and cinematographer Nirav Shaw departed from Chennai to Australia last night.

After shooting the dance sequences, they will return to Chennai by 17th December. Director Prabhu Deva did not go to Australia for the shooting.
