Ravi boasts new look

With short cropped hair and thin frame, Ravikrishna has lost weight like crazy. To a rather worried query, he says not to worry and explains his Nandalala get-up.

"Seeing actors like Vikram and Surya act in different get-ups, I also had a desire to do something like that. That time, Misskin of Chithiram Pesudhadi fame, offered me the role in Nandalala and after hearing the story, I said yes without hesitation. This sacrifice is now for Nandalala," he says pointing to his hairstyle and lean physique.

"Apart from saying that this is a challenging character, I cannot reveal any more. Misskin said I had to lose weight for the film and I immediately went on a salad and fruit juice diet. I don't sleep at night, so I keep yawning during day! From 73kgs, I have reduced to 59kgs. Even my own dad does not recognize me.
