The actor has allocated one acre of land in Peru estate for this idol. Ashok Gudiger, a Bangalore based sculpture artist designed the temple and statue. In this Temple, the statue shows Hanuman in sitting posture. The sitting posture of Hanuman statue is first of its kind in India.

Speaking with media people at Bangalore, in the launch party of his nephew's film 'Vayu Putra' (According to Ithihas Lord Hanuman's father is Vayu), Arjun says: "There is nothing behind this construction except my passion and divine thoughts. In fact, I'm planning to open this temple without any pre publicity…"
