Sandhya is finally out of Ayirathil Oruvan

Sandhiya is finally free from director Selvaraghavan’s clutches. The director initially roped her in to be the heroine in his proposed movie Ithu Malai Nerathu Mayakam opposite Karthi. The film was to be produced by White Elephants – a production company, the partners of which are Yuvan Shankar Raja, Selvaraghavan and Arvind Krishna.

With time, Selvaraghavan and Arvind Krishna parted ways. Yuvan Shankar Raja’s wife Sujaya replaced him. Then after a few weeks, the film’s name was changed from Ithu Malai Nerathu Mayakam to Ayirathil Oruvan and Reema Sen was announced to be the heroine.

the actress herself was confused as to what was happening when director Selvaraghavan finally cleared the matter. He said that the heroine is Reema Sen and not Sandhiya. Now after losing her role in Ayirathil Oruvan, she is left with three films at hand, one of which includes Kannamoochi Enada.
