Actress Banu in a spot!

Banu, the glamour doll of Thamirabarani, is facing a peculiar problem in her own state Kerala. After Thamirabarani, she is getting many offers to act in Tamil and Malayalam movies. But Banu wants to complete her studies and is trying hard for her promotion from 9 th to the 10th Std!

Yes... you believe it or not, Banu is studying in the 9th Std in a girl's higher secondary school in Kerala. Her frequent absence from class due to film shoots affected her studies seriously, and she couldn't follow the lessons properly. Due to this, she has been severely criticized by her teachers in the school.

Meanwhile, a few Tamil producers have approached her for call sheets; she politely told them about her situation, and promised them that she would act in their films after her 9 th STD exams. Some of the producers whom she managed to convince,are still waiting for her comeback from school; but her parents are compelling her to say a good bye to studies and concentrate on her acting career, as that would bring in a lot of money.
