Cheran directed by someone else

After Solla Marandha Kadhai, Cheran is acting under someone else's direction. He directed Autograph, Thavamaai Thavamirundhu and Maayakannadi. There has always been a question if he would be ready to be directed by someone else. Now Cheran himself has provided the answer to that. He is to act in a film titled Pirivom Sandhipom to be directed by Karu Palaniappan.Not only will he only play the heros role, he has also decided not to interfere in the story.

This is the fourth film Karu Palaniappan will be directing after Parthiban Kanavu, Sadhurangam and Sivappadhikaram. Cheran's heroine in the film is Kamalini Mukherjee. Music is by Vidya Sagar and camera by MS Prabhu. AS Bhaskaran produces the film for Gnanam Films. The shooting will take place at Trichy, Thanjavur, Chennai and Rajasthan.Just like there is a close association between dream and love, there is also that much a gap. That is what the film will aim to project.
