Actress devi priya surrendered in Saidapet Magistrate Court and got bail within the next few minutes.devi priya's popularity reached its "highest high" in recent days and it took her more than just her talent . After she announced her marriage with Issac, she had on her a permanent media glare on her for more than a month. Issac's first wife, Stella registered a police complaint against both Issac and devi priya. She leveled against them many charges including dowry harassment and charged with threatening het life. Immediately, the police registered a case against devi priya and Issac. But both ranaway and were hiding for nearly a month.

During this period, Hema Malini had registered another police complaint. She alleged that devi priya and Issac had threatened her and told her not to appear in the court for any reason whatsoever. But devi priya went one step ahead and got anticipatory bails in all cases against her. Issac also did the same through his legal counsel. The media expects that they will both will come out at any time from their hideouts. But till yesterday evening, there was no signs of either of them showing up. So they decided to file a anti-prostitution case against devi priya using the nude pictures found at her residence. devi priya was shocked to hear this. having no other option left, she decided to surrender in court.

She arrived to the Saidapet Magistrate Court today at 10.30 AM sharp. But at that time, the magistrate was not in his chair. So, she has been waited, for more than 2 hours, for him to come. The entire media assembled in front of the Court Hall waiting for devi priya. When she came, she refused to say a word. The Magistrate, Gayathri by name, came around 12.40 and called devi priya. She came to the hall and told the court her name and address. After few formalities, the Magistrate issued the bail order to devi priya on Rs. 50,000 surity on her own and the same from an another individual.

After getting the bail, devi priya went to the police Station and signed the registers. When media men asked about the cases on her, she told that all those cases are false and baseless. She told, 'I will set my self free all these allegations soon. I dont feel guilt of doing anything wrong. I have never threatened anybody." Immediately she got in to her car along with her lawyers and went away.
