Simbu is my best friend: dhanush

Many think that Simbu and dhanush fight like a rat and cat. But in real life, according to them, they are 'very good friends'.

Few days ago, Simbu confessed this at a film function. But later on, a lot of developments took place. Simbu's girlfriend Nayantara broke up with him, and now she will be pairing opposite dhanush (known as the arch rival of Simbu) in the film Yaradi Nee Mohini. Simbu has reportedly reacted strongly to this. The fans of both the heroes have also exposed their loyalty in a poster war.

But now dhanush has pleaded innocence over the issue at a film function. He said, "In no way am I connected with the choice of a heroine for my film. It is the privilege of a creator and a producer. Nayantara is not my selection. The producer (Kasthuriraja, father of Danush) and Director (Selvaraagavan's assistant) only have selected Nayantara. Moreover, I am least bothered about her personal life. I appeal to everybody... particularly the media, not to drag Simbu's name into the movie. Because till this very moment Simbu is my best friend. Last week also he came to visit my child to convey his wishes...' Danush told.
