Genelia confesses her love affair

Right from the days of Boys, actress Harini alias Genelia is being gossiped with her co-star in that film, Bharath. The close link between them was often exposed by media but the tight-lipped lovers kept silent over the issue.

Some reports have even gone to the extent of alleging that Genelia is in a live-in relationship with Bharath!

In her recent interview to a Tamil daily, Genelia opened up her heart for the first time and said something about her love affair. But she denied the rumours of her link with Bharath or live-in relationship with him.

She said: "Bharath is one of my very close friends. Both our families are extremely close and shares most of the occasions together. But I never stayed with him at any stage and any place. Without knowing these facts how could media people criticise me?"

She further said: "Falling in love is common to every girl at my age. I was also in love once, but not now. I also experienced the heartache due to my lost love. But that pain helped me a lot in my career."

The actress is now busy with 3 mega budget films in Tamil and 3 films in Telugu. She has also signed a Hindi film with Aamir Khan.
