The wife of late director Jeeva, Anees, will complete the shooting of the remaining portion of Dham Dhoom. The film was launched last year who completed 70% of the films shooting before he passed away. The film has Jayam Ravi and Kangna Ranaut playing lead roles. The death of the ace director left the shooting of the film unattended to.
After Jeeva's death doomed the project to its shelving but PC Sriram, the films cameraman, came forward offering to complete the project for free. But this plan didn't turn out to be permanent. Now the late directors wife will direct the film and finish the shooting within a month's time. She has previously worked under the cameraman as an assistant and later as a costume designer for her husband Jeeva.
PC Sriram will continue as the films cinematographer. He said that he is willing extend whatever support is necessary to the late directors wife. London distribution company Ayngaran has bagged the distribution rights of the film from the producer of the orignal Cee TV. The film's new producer announced that the film will be released during Diwali without any further delay.
