Kamal visits Karunanidhi

Despite his busy schedule, Chief Minister Kalaignar Karunanidhi had given actor Kamal Hassan some of his time. Kamal met the Chief Minister at his Gopalapuram residence on Friday. After meeting the CM, Kamal said it was a courtesy call. He complemented Karunanidhi for successfully completing 50 years as a legislator.

He said that CM Karunanidhi eagerly enquired about his latest mega project Dasavathaaram, in which he is acting in 10 different roles. One of the 10 roles that the actor is playing in Dasavathaaram is that of popular Punjabi pop singer Daler Mehendi. The actor briefed the CM on the progress of the film and requested his presence at the time of preview sometime at the end of July.
