Nayantara refuses smooching Vishal

Nayantara, the glam shell of Tamil film industry according to the media, refused her French kissing scene with Vishal in Sathyam. She also told that there is no need for such scenes in a film like Sathyam, based on a police story. Yesterday a section of media including a leading vernacular daily have carried an interview of Vishal in which he told that he had a French kiss scene with his heroine Nayantara.

But yesterday, Nayan immediately reacted to this news. She said: "I just can't figure out who is caused for all these nonsense rumours. First let me clarify that as of I know there is no such scene in the film. But media people reported that I have done one such scene in the same film. All of you know that Sathyam is a police story and my role is a very decent and enthusiastic character. I am terribly upset with this news that has appeared in Tamil dailies and leading portals."

I'm not against glamour roles, but first I must understand the role before picking up the seductive costumes. For your information, I'm playing a role of typical Tamil girl in Yaaradi Nee Mohini with Dhanush. In that film, I'm wearing the costume of Paavadai Thavani throughout the film. I like that costume and it gives me a new enthusiasm to perform well..."
