Padmapriya as a bar girl!

Now it is Padmapriya's turn to make her entry into Bollywood. The actress will play the lead role in director Chandan Arora's Hindi movie.

Yesterday the actress said, "After seeing my performance in Satham Podathey, director Chandan Arora has invited me to play the lead role in his forthcoming project along with Sidharth. I will play as a girl working in a Mumbai bar. The story is about the tears and joys of the dancing girls in the bars…"

Meanwhile, the actress has got two offers from Tamil. "Yes… Nowadays offers are knocking at my doors from Tamil. Being busy all the time is indeed a gratifying experience for an actress like me. In Malayalam, my new film Naalu Pennugal under the legend Adoor Gopalakrishnan's direction is expected to be released next week. The film won rave reviews when it was screened at the Canada Film Festival…"

Thinking that staying in Chennai is profitable for her profession, the actress is presently searching for a suitable house in Kodambakkam!
