Padmapriya implores for glamour roles

Padmapriya nowadays openly requests Tamil directors to show her in glamorous roles in their forthcoming films!

The actress has been saying this after having seen her latest release in Tamil, 'Satham Podathey', at Sathyam along with the viewers, "I missed the grand premiere of Satham Podathey due to some unavoidable reasons. Now I watch the film twice in a day. My honest opinion is that the film could have been made better! I enjoyed my portions in the first half. The director has portrayed me nicely. But I don't understand why it is that nobody wants to try me out in a seductive role (!?)"

When asking about her intimacy with Prithviraj, the actress categorically denied all the rumors on this issue, and reiterated her now familiar sentence "we both are good friends with a perfect understanding!"

The actress is now camping in Chennai to attend the shooting of Malayalam film 'Pazhassi Raaja' with Mammootty. Though the film 'Satham Podathey' has received a tepid response from the viewers, the actress has now got a chance to play solo roles in a couple of Tamil films. Her next release in Tamil will be Mirugam, directed by Saamy. In Malayalam she is acting in 3 films, including Pazhassi Raaja
