Top Heroine Trisha is not satisfied with the South Indian cinema roles offered to her. According to her, she prepares well before the film so that she can perform the best that she is capable of. She said, 'Actually I planned to quit cinema after Lesa Lesa turned out to be a flop. But after Lesa Lesa, I got continuous offers like Mounam Pesiyathey, Saamy and Manasellam. They become big hits and my stay in the field was prolonged. If they wouldve failed, I would most probably have settled for a modelling and possibly even got married. I never imagined that I could become such a big star in South Cinema within such a short span of time.

She added, At present I have two completed films - Bheema and Kreedom. In Telugu, just a few days back, Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule got released and rocked the Box Office with its stupendous success. I know that there is a lot of gossip around me about my forthcoming films. At this point in time, I have only one confirmed Tamil film with Vijay. It will be directed by director Dharani.

She added, Any other news bit about another film apart from these two is just plain gossip. I have not been informed as to the status of my film with Superstar Rajinikanth as yet. But I'm waiting for the opportunity eagerly. In fact he is the reason. I got the role in megastar Chiranjeevi's Stalin. Whenever he offers me a role, I will accept it gladly.
