Our
superstar
Rajini
has
used
his
oft-repeated
quote
in
reel
as
well
as
in
real
life.
'Santhoshathileya
periya
santhosham
Aduthavangala
santhoshappaduthi
parkirathuthan...!'
(The
greatest
pleasure
of
mankind
is
to
give
as
much
pleasure
as
possible
to
others).
The
superstar
always
sets
an
example
of
himself
as
man
who
follows
his
own
quotations.
The
entire
world
is
charmed
with
Rajini's
Shivaji
magic.
But
our
superstar
spent
his
valuable
time
watching
the
gully
cricket
in
Chennai
600028!
He
came
alongwith
his
wife
Latha
Rajnikanth
and
daughter
Soundarya
Rajnikanth,
and
watched
a
special
screening
of
Chennai
600028
at
the
Four
Frames
preview
theatre
in
Chennai
yesterday.
Venkat
and
his
brother
Premji
(also
in
the
cast
of
the
movie)
received
the
actor
there
with
a
tinge
of
nervousness.
For
the
past
two
months,
Rajini
was
nursing
the
desire
to
watch
the
movie
directed
by
Venkat
Prabhu,
son
of
Rajini's
friend
Ghangai
Amaran.
At
the
time
of
the
Chennai
600028
release,
Venkat
had
invited
the
superstar
for
a
special
screening
of
the
film.
But
due
to
his
hectic
schedule
with
Shivaji
and
the
Himalayan
holy
trips,
Rajini
couldn't
find
time
to
watch
the
movie.
But
he
had
told
Venkat
then
that
he
would
come
to
the
show
after
the
release
of
Shivaji.
He
fulfilled
his
promise
yesterday.
The
young
director
and
his
team
has
been
pleased
immeasureably,
and
they
consider
the
superstar's
presence
as
a
great
honour
bestowed
upon
themselves
and
the
film.
So
what
was
the
reaction
of
the
superstar
about
the
film?
Venkat
told
us:
'Rajini
sir
is
a
living
legend
of
our
times.
I
feel
it
is
a
great
honour
to
me
and
my
debut
film.
The
Thalaivar
has
appreciated
me
and
my
crew
with
his
typical
smile.
He
blessed
me
and
exhorted
me
to
come
up
with
more
hits
like
Chennai
600028.
He
had
a
special
word
of
praise
for
the
actor
Premji
for
his
unflappable
comedy...'
