Rameshwaram audio launched in style

The audio release of Rameshwaram was held on Sunday. The event was a grand one. Sun Music, the music channel of Sun Network, broadcasted the films audio launch which was held on the sets of the channel live. Jeeva, director Selvam and music director Niru participated in the event. They spoke with fans calling in to the show asking questions about the film. They also shared a few of their experiences while shooting for the film.
Niru, a debutante composer, has scored the music for this film. A song sung by Shaliq Khan is the albums highlight track. The song is very different from the music around nowadays. The film"s shooting is over and the film will hopefully be released in Diwali. Jeeva and Bhavana play the lead roles in the film. The film"s unit set up camp in Rameshwaram for almost three months at a stretch to complete the shooting of the film. The town is on the southeastern tip of Tamilnadu and has many Srilankan Tamil refugees camping there. The film is a love story between a refugee from Srilanka and Tamilian girl. The film follows Jeeva"s Katrathu Tamil and Bhavana"s hit Arya.
