Shankar flies off to Canada

Shankar, the director known for big films, including the much hyped film Shivaji has flew to Canada after completing the final formalities of his latest flick Shivaji starring superstar Rajinikanth.

He is customized to pay a visit to any one country and spend there at least few months after completing a film. Shankar has been following this right from the days of Kadhalan. A few days earlier, Shankar had said that he would visit one country selected by his wife.

Two days ago, the director made a visit to AVM and discussed few things with the producers. It is said that the director inspected the patchwork done by his assistants when he was in Cannes.

After gave necessary instructions to his assistants and directors working for his Banner S Pictures, yesterday, he flew to Canada along with his family. He will return home only after a month. It means the director may not in be Chennai at the time of Shivaji release!
