Srikanth
has
decided
to
patch
up
with
his
relationship
with
his
wife
Vandhana.
The
latter
has
been
facing
a
hard
time
while
staying
at
the
actor"s
house
over
the
past
couple
of
months.
They
eloped
and
got
married
at
the
Kaakinaada
(Andhra
Pradesh)
sub-registrar
office
last
year.
They
did
not
inform
anyone
of
their
marriage
and
planned
for
an
official
wedding
ceremony
for
friends
and
family.
They
got
engaged
on
the
9th
of
March
in
Chennai
at
a
grand
function.
After
this
function,
certain
police
cases
in
which
her
brother
was
named
came
to
light.
In
shock,
the
wedding
preparations
including
the
preparation
of
wedding
cards
was
cancelled.
To
add
a
twist
in
the
tale,
Vandhana
claimed
that
she
was
the
legally
wedded
wife
of
Srikanth
and
hence
was
entitled
to
the
right
to
stay
in
his
house.
Srikanth"s
parents
filed
a
complaint
stating
that
Vandhana
was
trespassing
ion
response
to
which
Srikanth
confessed
that
they
married
a
year
ago.
He
then
approached
the
court
for
a
divorce.
After
many
a
court
hearing,
the
actor
decided
to
not
do
away
with
the
relationship.
After
getting
the
green
signal
from
his
parents,
he
worked
out
his
issues
with
Vandhana.
Both
the
families
are
happy
with
the
decision
of
the
actor
to
take
back
vandhana
as
his
wife.
Srikanth
yesterday
said
to
the
media,
“Me
and
my
family
have
decided
to
take
back
Vandhana
and
welcome
her
back
as
a
part
of
my
family.
This
decision
will
be
formally
announced
to
the
press
some
time
this
week."
He
added,
“I
am
extremely
tired
of
this
issue
carrying
on.
I
realize
now
that
it
has
started
to
ruin
my
acting
career."
The
actor"s
parents
said
that
a
grand
reception
will
be
held
for
the
couple"s
official
wedding
ceremony
in
Chennai.
