A Summer Treat for Cinema Lovers!

Tamil Nadu is known as the land of the sun. The summer here is very long and hot. But the tinsel town of Chennai contributes its best to cool people's mind with its ingenious creations. Nearly a dozen big and small films are due for release in the month of April, which marks the advent of summer.

Here is a list of some films which have been confirmed for release:

April 5- Koodal Nagar (Released)
April 6- Niram (released)
April 6- Kuppy (Released)
April 11- Arputha Theevu
April 12- Kaasu Irukkanam
April 14- Mayakaanadi
April 14- Unnale Unnale
April 14- Maduraiveeran
April 14- Chennai 600028
April 14- Pulan Visaranai-2
April 20- Naan Avan Illai
April 20- Parattai Engira Azhagu Sundaram
April 20- Nee Naan Nila
April 20- Kaanal Neer
April 27- Oram Po
April 27- Karupusaamy Kuthagaitharar

There might be a change in their order of getting released. It depends on the availability of theaters, lab problems, financial situation etc. The real summer treat will come in the month of May only.

Yes, Shivaji will be released on May 17th. Before that film, Ajith's Kireedam will hit the screens. There are 6 more films scheduled for release in May. But the release of Shivaji may force the reshuffling of dates and other programmes associated with their release.
