Trisha launched Filmfare Magazine

Actress Trisha launched the second edition of Filmfare Magazine (Tamil Nadu) on Saturday at Hotel Accord Inn in Chennai. This issue carries the cover story of the actress.

After the function, Trisha said, "It is a great honour for me to launch an edition of a leading film magazine. I'm really stunned after going through an article on me. This honour has given me more enthusiasm and commitment towards the profession. I don't believe in the number games and the ranking in the Industry. But the people and media hail me as the top heroine in the Industry. It pleases me a lot. In fact, it is the real award to an artiste."

The publishers of the magazine are planning to launch its every edition with leading film stars for the next few months for publicity. The first issue was launched by Vijay last month at the same venue. And Trisha got the chance to launch the second edition. Leading stars, including Priyamani and Karan attended the event. Editor of the magazine Rithesh Pillai and Marketing Manager Harjith Chabba were also present at the event. Filmfare Editor-in-Chief (South) Thanga Durai and Media Manager Nikil Murugan welcomed everyone present at the function.
