Trisha, the leading heroine of South India is keen on investing in Real Estate. Earlier, she has invested a huge amount on a palace like building at Nandanam, one of the prime areas of this costliest cosmopolitan city. According to reports, now she has bought a new house in Hyderabad.

According to the sources, last week the actress has purchased a vast 50 acres land near Chennai for constructing a farm house with modern facilities and big garden. It is also said she is bargaining a new building near Alwarpet for purchase. Sources close to the actress says that the actress has many plans in real estate field in future.

The 26 years girl, who is said to be getting a crore per film, is also making huge money through modeling as well. She is the brand ambassador for big companies like Coka Cola and TVS. The actress is now busy with her Tamil and Telugu films till next year and also gossiped as the next heroine of superstar Rajinikanth in his next film which will be announced shortly.
