Narain in Pookada Ravi

Finally, Narain, one of the promising young actor in Tamil Cinema, has settled with a script after his recently released super hit Anjathey. Titled as Pookada Ravi, the film is directed by Selvaraghavan's assistant Sivakumar. According to the director, Narain will play the title role, a young man, who sells flowers near the Meenakshi temple in Madurai. The film is said to be a real life story based but with all the needy masala ingredients.

After the hit of Anjathey the actor has been listening nearly 200 scripts to give another promising hit like Anjathey. Finally Sivakumar's script satisfied the actor a lot and he requested the director to launch the film without any delay. The producer will be a corporate concern and the shooting will start in the first week of June in Madurai.

Narain says, "I felt that Pookada Ravi is the apt one for me and there is enough scope to show the variations in the character. I hope it will help me to keep my present position in the Industry..."
