Ajith and Saran team again for Asal

After mega hits like Kadhal Mannan and Amarkkalam, Ajith, the sweet Thala for his fans, is going to join his favourite director Saran for his next flick with Sivaji Productions.

Sivaji productions, one of the pioneers in the Tamil film industry have started all the activities for their next venture with Ajith Kumar. Gautham Menon was signed to direct the film. But later he was terminated from the film due to some unwanted rifts between him and Ajith.

After this episode, the names of directors Dharani and Vishnuvardhan were discussed but nothing worked out.

Now Ajith wants to join his favourite director Saran who had given three hits to the actor earlier.

The Project is titled as Asal (Original).

Sameera Reddy is the lucky lead lady for Ajith in this project and Harris Jayaraj is going to set tunes for this movie.
