Ajith names his daughter as Anoshka

Ajith has finally announced the name of his baby girl yesterday at a simple function held at his Thriuvanmiyur residence amidst his close relatives and friends. The baby is named Anoshka, a Sanskrit word, which means 'one who fulfills aspires and dreams'. Earlier, Tamil Cinema grapevine suggested that Ajith addresses his girl as Joan.

Somebody said that the actor was advised by his co-star Vijay not to reveal anything on his girl baby.

But the actor announced this name to his close circles and also later informed the same to the media through hi PRO.

Shalini delivered Anoushka in a cesarean surgery in Chennai Apollo Hospital on January 03, 2008 at 01.30 am.
