Bala to direct a film for Zee TV

Ace filmmaker Bala will direct the debut Tamil venture of Zee TV Network and singed in the agreement after receiving Rs.2 cr as advance. Bala is now very busy in the final works of his forthcoming big release Naan Kadavul starring Arya and Pooja in the lead.

Though the producers of Naan Kadavul has criticized Bala for crossing the budget limit heavily, the 'good talks' about the film has convinced them. Now some of the good friends of both Bala and Saimira are negotiating with both the sides to release the film for Aug 15.

Meanwhile Zee TV approached Bala to make their maiden venture in Tamil. According to reliable source, the director received Rs.2 crores as advance for the project. It is said that Bala agreed to direct the film on first copy basis only.
